Acceptance of Terms
By using the 373 website or mobile interface, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and define your relationship with 373. By registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by this agreement. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & Age Requirements
Registration Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with 373. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Each person is allowed only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- You must provide your correct name, address, and national ID information.
- Opening an account with false information constitutes a violation of these terms.
- Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
373 will never ask for your password. If you forget it, please use the designated password reset process.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 373 platform, you are required to follow the rules outlined below. These rules apply equally to all users.
- Conducting any fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using software or bots to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to damage or disrupt the platform's systems or network will be treated as a violation of these terms.
373 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity detected on the platform and may suspend or permanently close the relevant account if necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 373 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Before making a deposit, ensure your account has completed KYC verification. Only transactions from your registered mobile banking account are permitted.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set within the platform.
- Deposits are typically processed in real time; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
- KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
- Funds associated with a bonus or promotion are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Transaction Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, contact us at [email protected] with the relevant details within 30 days of the transaction date. Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account termination and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
373 services are provided on an "as is" basis. 373 shall not be held liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
373 is not liable for issues caused by internet disruptions, device malfunctions, or factors within the user's own control. Our limitation of liability also applies when services are interrupted due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, software, and designs displayed on the 373 platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may access the platform for personal use only; copying, distributing, or modifying any content for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension or Closure
373 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these terms is violated.
- If fraudulent activity is proven.
- If false information is found during KYC verification.
- After an extended period of inactivity.
- If the user submits a closure request themselves.
Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned to your mobile banking account, subject to applicable bonus terms.
Third-Party Links
Any third-party links on the 373 platform are provided for informational purposes only. 373 is not responsible for the content or security of websites accessed through those links.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
373 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
